Our client is one of the publicly-listed engineering Australia company, PT. Austin Engineering which has a specialty in Heavy Industry Manufacturing is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to fill the position:

1. QA/QC Coordinator
Purposes of Classification :
Responsible and coordinate for QA/QC Department, perform daily duties high regards to safety and quality.  Make pre and final inspection reports; develop WPS and Material Data Record (MDR).  Handling daily check list for concrete work and maintenance all of quality control record.

2. Welder Trainer
Purposes of Classification :
Perform daily duties high regards to safety and quality.  Work in a team environment and receive orders from Foreman/Supervisor.  Able to set welding parameters and follow WPS, able to used required tooling – grinding for blending and clean up welds.  Responsible for checking of welds to ensure compliance with WPS/Drawing and with main focus being training.

3. Welder Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)
Purposes of Classification :
Perform daily duties high regards to safety and quality. Work in a team environment  and receive orders from Foreman/Supervisor. Able to set welding parameters and follow WPS, able to used required tooling – grinding for blending and clean up welds.

4. Machinist Level 1 & 2
Purposes of Classification :
Able to operate and maintain LINE BORING MACHINE. Perform daily duties high regards to safety and quality.  Work in a team environment, Experience required 3 (three) years for Machinist Level 1 and 5 (five) years for Machinist Level 2.

5. QA/QC Inspector
Purposes of Classification :
Responsible for QA/QC Inspection, perform daily duties high regards to safety and quality.  Make pre and final inspection reports; develop WPS and Material Data Record (MDR).  Handling daily check list for concrete work and maintenance all of quality control record.

Special Qualification :
•    Having strong background in mining/heavy machine industry with exposure to welding and fabrication inspection (For QA/QC Coordinator)
•   Minimum welding requirement FCAW & SMAW – Plate all position and having very strong background in FCAW with good understanding of SAW (For Welder Trainer & Welder FCAW)
•    Having very strong background in Line Boring Machine (For Machinist Level 1 & 2)
•    Having mechanical or welding engineering background with exposure to welding and fabrication inspection (For QA/QC Inspector)


General Qualification :
•   Male, range of age 30 – 45 years old
•   Minimum Technical High School graduation
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills
•   Willing to work as a team
•    Having minimum 3 (three) years  experience in similar position

1.   Time Keeper

Purposes of Classification:

Qualification:
•   Male, range of age 25 – 35 years old
•   Minimum Senior High School graduation
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills
•   Willing to work as a team
•    Having minimum 1 (one) years  experience in similar position

2.   Admin Store

Purposes of Classification:
Responsible for certain area of store, perform in/out goods system and other matters related to the store operation area.  Able to operate Windows system.

Qualification:
•   Male, range of age 25 – 35 years old
•   Diploma are required but Senior High School with experience in related position are welcome
•   Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
•   Willing to work as a team

3.   Account Clerk

Purposes of Classification:
Responsible for accounting functions in the company, especially in filling accounting documentation, taxation, accounting systems and financial reporting

Qualification:
•   Female, range of age 25 – 35 years old
•   Diploma are required but Senior High School with experience in related position are welcome
•   Good in handling filling documentation/document control
•   Willing to work as a team
